    Habanero Cream Cheese Dip

1 16 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
3 oz. CaJohns Chipotle Peppersauce
1/4 cup water

Mix all ingredients in a blender at high speed until mixture is very smooth. Serve with crackers or chips.

Fiery Habanero Hot! Hot! Hot! Burrito

1 lb. ground beef
5 oz. Habanero Sauce
6 small flour tortillas
Garnish with your favorite toppings

Sauté Hamburger in a skillet with 2 oz. of Peppersauce for about 5 minutes. Drain. Return skillet to stove

 and add more Peppersauce for desired heat & flavor. Cook for an additional 15 minutes or until meat is 

done. Roll in flour tortilla, garnish if desired.

CaJohns Fiery Salsa

1 large tomato
1 cup diced cucumber
4 tbsp. minced onions
2 green onions - chopped
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. chopped cilantro
1 clove minced garlic
1 tsp. of your favorite CaJohns Sauce (or add more to taste)

Mix all ingredients, then put 1/2 the mixture into a blender and puree. Add puree to remaining ingredients. 

Let stand for 3 hours and serve at room temperature.
